"The staff was amazing!!! They kept me in the loop with every step in the process. I received text messages and updates on the regular. The work was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this company to any and everyone. Thank you so much for taking care of my vehicle."
"We had my daughter’s car repaired there after she had an accident. She is in college in Milwaukee and we live 3 hrs away, they worked around our schedules and the time it takes to go back and forth there. The car looks brand new. While I hope I don’t have to use them again for accidents, I will highly recommend them to anyone as everyone was so nice and they keep you up to date on repairs with weekly texts. What a great company."
"Came in to get an estimate, they were fast and real friendly, both front counter girls were super nice and very professional. the estimator had me in and out! Highly recommend for vehicle repairs and estimates"
"My car was sent to this location for repairs after a vehicle theft. Having not experienced something like this before, I felt rushed through the initial process of turning over my vehicle, and kept distant regarding the status of my vehicle. Caliber was communicating with me via text every other day, but I would have rather received phone calls with pertinent updates than moot points every 24 hours. That’s a personal preference I suppose. My car was released to Caliber to begin repairs on Wednesday, August 23 and I did not recover it until Friday September 29. There was once point in the repair process where I was told it would be ready and out of cleanup on Friday September 15 at lunch hour, but I was later notified that there was somehow another part that needed to be ordered, extending my repair by two weeks. I later learned that this was due to a failed checkpoint on the repair, so I’m grateful to know that all repairs were tested before releasing the vehicle to me. Once I had picked up my vehicle, I discovered two additional parts to my vehicle were missing and had not been replaced, and there was still broken glass in my vehicle! Disappointing for sure, although they were not essential to the safety and driving of the vehicle, my insurance was kind enough to submit another order. Once I connected with Caliber regarding these additional parts, before my claim was closed but after I completed a survey for Caliber, my contact from Caliber gave me a follow-up call to apologize for the oversight. Before we hung up, the contact actually began to discuss the survey results I had submitted with me! Not professional in my opinion. On the whole I was not interacted with with enthusiasm or care for the unfortunate and expensive situation I was put in. With my insurance choosing this as the repair location for my vehicle, I would not return to this location for any regular maintenance on my vehicle."
