Michelle Toigo

Michelle Toigo is a clinical health psychologist at UW Health, located at 750 University Row in Madison, Wisconsin. She specializes in helping patients with acute and chronic pain, brain injuries, trauma rehabilitation, and coping with stress related to various health concerns. Michelle uses evidence-based interventions such as acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy to improve her patients' quality of life. She believes in the power of the mind and encourages her patients to utilize their personal strengths to manage stress. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and visiting local bakeries and cafes. Donations to UW Health are managed by the University of Wisconsin Foundation.
