"Dr. Prosser is the best arthroscopic Orthopedic surgeon there is! But SMSC Nurses & Staff in post-op recovery were unprofessional, rude, pushy, and down right unpleasant. I've had 3 surgeries here previously & had wonderful care. Not today! 1/19/18 put a sour taste in my mouth. I couldnt breath but she ripped tyhe O2 hose out of my nose. I was nauseated, but she wouldnt give me anything, not even a puke bag! I threw up on 1.5 hr ride home and am still sick to my stomach now. I bleed all over my clothes and truck seat. Blood was just pouring out of my wounds! She wouldn't give me any ice packs, put my shirt on over top of my massive bandages, with my arm under my top. Buttoned my sweater on 2 holes off, and wouldn't take me to the privy, wouldn't change my blood drenched bandages."
