"I had a traffic related incident in 2020, and I am in the process of resolving it. I left both voice-mail and e-mail over the new years 2024 weekend. Today is the 2nd pf January 2024 and Janie got back to me 3 minutes after their office opened. On top of that, I moved to Ohio and in that process it changed how things needed to be handled. Janie, rather than getting upset and frustrated, went beyond what her work necessitated her to do to help me and ensure that I could get this taken care of. I am beyond appreciative of her, and her dedication to helping facilitate her customers needs while staying in line with what the state and county requires. If you need help here, ask Janie. On top of her help, Sherri Schroeder helped me out over the weekend through Email and text message/call. She us the supervisor there and she is on top of things! She is also just a great person, completely professional, non-judgemental, and compassionate. If you need to take care of any required counseling or need help with your mental health. Please go through here and do your best to deal with Janie and Sherri, they are superb. Thank you all so much for your help, I appreciate it more than you know!"

"This facility is very nice. Overall it has some disturbing factors. The people that they hire to run the program have no psychiatric background to be able to facilitate a successful program and when you request to speak to the manager that oversees that department they refuse you the right to be able to talk to that manager. And during your shift change they Corentine you in your room for up to 45 minutes for shift change. No matter what your mental state is they don't care! It was pointed out to them that hospitals don't shut down for shift change nor do nursing homes shut down for shift change or other care center shut down for shift change but they feel that this is right for them they say it's a liability issue that's why they need to quarantine people in the rooms so they can commit suicide by themselves. Instead of having somebody to talk to about their feelings. If there was one person in charge that I could have control over firing it would be the supervisor because she was the one preventing need to talk to the manager. And she was allowing her staff to use their cell phones which is a violation and use company computers to watch YouTube videos for personal entertainment instead of working with the patients that are there."
