"These people are horrible. My wife needs prior authorization to get her medications and Paige Fricke has ghosted her. She has not returned her calls or calls from the pharmacy and now my wife doesn’t have the meds she needs. They don’t do their jobs and then blame the patients for their error. Thanks to my wife’s pharmacy, she is with a much better agency and no longer has to deal with their incompetence."

"I’ve been having severe asthma issues. I just switched doctors and my old doctor knew the drill for when this happens. I told the care team over the phone what I needed, but they wanted me to come in since I am a relatively new patient. I was a little frustrated since I have been going through this for years, and would have to leave work, but understood. They got me in right away (within 2 hours). The MA and doctor were super quick and efficient. Staff was super compassionate and I look forward to continuing my care here!"

"I had the worst experience at this clinic these people are not clear with what they need for proof of income . I brought in my awards letter , the only one I’ve ever received! They said they wanted an updated one which I do not receive every year like the claim. I received one letter 8 years ago and have never received another letter , never! I went back and forth 3 times with these people 3 times! I will seek dental help elsewhere! What a horrible clinic to deal with. Horrible customer service and these people are not equipped to deal with the public in any way shape or form."
