"Part of my front tooth broke off and, being new to Madison, I didn't know who to call. Several people recommended Dr. Miller. He repaired my tooth beautifully. He also explained everything to me during the procedure, and made sure I was never in pain. Everyone in the office was kind and professional. The charges were reasonable too, as I don't have dental insurance. I highly recommend Dr. Miller!"

"My son fell at school and broke his front tooth, I was so sad because my son is only 10 and it was an adult tooth. Dr Miller completely took care of my son, he treated the tooth with a root canal and crown. The tooth is beautiful, you cannot tell what tooth is natural and which is the crown. Dr. Miller and Shaylee were patient and kind to my son and all procedures went so smoothly. Dr Miller is truly amazing with his patients. We are so lucky to be apart of his practice!"

"Extremely Poor Customer Billing Service with Jasmine in the Business Office. I was there for a procedure that my insurance covered 100%. However, Jasmine in the Business Office was unwilling to investigate my policy further. She had submitted paperwork to the cashier in the amount that was over $500. After asking her twice to call my insurance, she discovered the procedure would be covered 100%. She was extremely rude and unprofessional in every manner. I have been a patient here since 2017 and have never been treated with such disrespect and a dismissive attitude before. Jasmine's initial billing mistake was frustrating, and her refusal to proactively investigate my insurance coverage was utterly baffling. As a long-standing patient of this dental office, I expected better treatment. Her lack of initiative resulted in unnecessary stress and frustration for me and wasted time for both of us. Furthermore, her rudeness throughout the entire ordeal was inexcusable. Her tone was condescending, and she seemed disinterested in resolving the issue promptly. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and her initial oversight, she lacked empathy or professionalism. Please proceed cautiously and be prepared for a potential headache when dealing with billing issues."

Very modern, clean and professional facilities Super friendly and efficient scheduling staff and administrators And gentle and friendly hygienists and dentists (we go to Dr Lance Miller). I always appreciate when I leave a dentist office having learned something new, and that happened today thanks to a great hygienist. Our whole family will be coming here and we are so glad to have scored on the first dentist we found!"
