Reviews
"Great place for a short hike with some great estuary views!"
"Beautiful easy trail around a preserve. Dogs are allowed, but on a leash. Great for all ages. Lists of places to rest and enjoy the scenery. Snake sittings on the trail be careful on surroundings along the trail."
"Very nice trails for walking and running. It is pet friendly as long as your pet is on a leash. Unfortunately, especially for me, biking is not allowed. But I would still recomend it. There are tons for birds and wild life. As well as an online tour for people who want to learn more about the geography and history. Definitely will be coming back soon."
"Love walking or running the trails at Batiquitos. Dog friendly, mostly flat trail with lots of places to stop, rest, & soak in the peaceful scenery. Plenty of dog bag and trash spots too and they have water dish by the main entrance for dogs. Or, hike the hill trails for more of a challenge. But truly, not too hard, good amounts of shaded areas, great for families. 3 miles total if you walk the main trail all the way down & back."
"A great site for birdwatch and fitness walking. Great weather in the spring. A very friendly and informative Nature Center. Many public parking lots."
