"Currently using this for our condos and I am less than impressed. One driver refuses to pick up if there is a car parked in the front parking spots. I have footage of one of the drivers cussing us out and walking up to the front door to tell us to move our vehicles. (Our child was home sick and we happened to be parked out front, as we do every day until we leave for work) After this, we had called and found out the schedule for garbage pick up. Since then we do our best to have everyone in the condos NOT park in front ALL DAY on Wednesdays. Even then, like this past week, our recycling is overflowing because they found some reason NOT to pick up. The best part, we still pay even if they don't pick up! Can't wait until our contract is up."

"They come at 5:30am! This is an apartment complex. NO respect for residents. VERY loud! Right under my window!! LAW says they can not pick up residential before 7am!! Maybe I'll have the cops meet them hereto give the company a citation. I wish I knew how to add a photo. I have one with a date and time stamp to prove this."

"Unfortunately this company has been horrible. They will charge you for pick ups but never make them. We paid our bill in full before pick up and they refused to come get our dumpster. Instead they want to charge again (when they already charged for pick up) in order to come get it. They will claim you’re on a “contract “. The lady who answers their phone is extremely rude. Unfortunately they don’t realize that they are in breach of their own contract. A company cannot charge a customer for a service they aren’t providing. Filed a report with the bbb. If we can’t come to a resolution I will gladly spend money to prove a point of how horrible their customer service is as well as their company integrity. Oh and let me ad that “we are on a contract” but they are able to change the price of the current contract."
