"If you read no more than ‘eat here and order the BLT’, that’s enough. You will not be disappointed! If you want details, read on… First of all, Tip-Ups is in the parking lot of WinMan, which is super cool. Being on a mountain biking roadtrip, and after a few hours of riding, I was really hungry and excited to eat right there in the parking lot. I ordered their perfect BLT, with added avocado, and a watermelon salad. The salad was so good! The flavors were balanced and fresh… what a great energizing dish to eat after riding. Secondly, and most importantly, was the AMAZING BLT. I almost never order them because I am disappointed, but I gave this one a try and I will forever be grateful that I did. The bread was lightly buttered and toasted on both sides! That in itself was amazing. The avocado was smeared onto the bread with a little bit of seasoning with no big chunks to annoyingly fall out. The bacon was perfectly cooked. The lettuce was shredded. There was just enough tomato. The entire sandwich melted in my mouth, and the only sad part is that I had to share it with someone. It was indeed, perfect! Put all that on top of the delightful owners serving their food to me, and this food truck reminded me that great food can be found anywhere… and when you find great food, you should go back for more!"
