"Small place with good BBQ meats (chicken, brisket, pork and ribs) and a wide selection of sauces for you to try. Fries are good. You order at the counter and pick up when called. The brisket was not fatty. Fountain and bottled speciality soft drinks."

"My husband and I have gone here one multiple occasions and have even told our family and friends to go here. But after my experience yesterday we won’t be doing that anymore! My husband always gets the rougarou fries and always loves them. But yesterday they were soggy and soaked in au jus, which made the fries soggy instead of crispy like French fries should be. (So much so that I went to take the dish up to the counter and the grease spilled all over my clothes and my hands.) I went up to the front to ask the cashier about it, and she told me it wasn’t her issue. So I asked “can I ask the people behind the counter” and she said “You can try” so I walked up to what I assume to be the owner who looked at me and told me “they are all made the same way!” Which I said no but they are soaked and he told me “no it’s au jus” while getting VERY hostile and not even looking at my tray that was dripping with au jus. I told him “I have been here multiple times and it’s never been like this as I was walking away he continued to talk very rudely behind the counter! I don’t care how good your food is there is no reason to start jumping down costumes throats when they come to you with an issue. We will NOT be back and I will continue to tell everyone my experience! You shouldn’t treat kind good paying customers with such disrespect. I’m honestly ashamed to have given you any of mine and my husband hard earn money. If I were you I would think twice about going, the food is good but the second something is wrong they will refuse to make it right and then act as if you are so insensitive to bring a issue to their attention. EDITED* and with this comment “ I was very busy as we served 250 people in 4 h”. YOU now know where their value you is. Quantity over quality!"

"Absolutely gorgeous view and the BBQ was so so delicious! We will definitely be back! The judges plate was a great item to share and try everything plus the lobster mac was amazing!"

"Stopped by on our way home from Manitowish Waters, and it was awesome. The food was excellent, and the service was top notch. Loved sitting down by the water on lawn chairs and listening to the live music from above. This will definitely be a stop every time I am up in the Northwoods!"

"Came in for late dinner, got the last BBQ meat lovers pizza, and last curds of the day! Everything cam out in about 20m, totally reasonable. The brisket meal was amazing. Paired with conchy super fresh home made coleslaw and cheesy(?) pit beans that were outta this world!! The French fries were seasoned and cooked perfectly, and curds have phenomenal breading. Nicely curved high backed seating was very comfortable. Huge craft beer and craft soda selection This is a must stop if you are nearby..even if you're not. (Note- Parking can be tight if you have a trailer, especially during the winter + not a huge dining room, be prepared to wait/eat outside during peak hours!)"
