"So, my experience, unfortunately, mirrors a lot of those reviews before me. This place didn't used to quite this bad. You used to be able to get out in around 2.5 hours. The last few times I've been here have been 5 or 6 hour affairs. I've been nice, I've been professional, the people in the office have been nice too, but the sheer amount of time it has taken to get unloaded and get paperwork has really gotten worse over time. This time that I've spent waiting has affected my schedule for the rest of the week. I see that someone from Sysco has been responding to some of these reviews, and I really hope that they are addressing this issue. This affects our ability to make an income. It affects our pay! That's why drivers get upset. We often lose our next load, which means we just lost a paycheck, and it continues to affect us for several days after. Sysco - please address Capstone and their performance!"

"The comments are all true. This place is where good carriers go to die. If you are on time, it will take 4-6 hours to unload. If you are late, you will be rejected and not unloaded. DO NOT deliver here unless you live in the area. They only give brokers these loads because no carrier would put up with this nonsense. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You will thank me later."

"Security guard, awesome! Lady at the receiving window, very nice. Lumper service should pay the drivers, 3 hours in the door so far and I think they are taking 1 pallet about every 30-45 minutes and then counting not just the cartons, but everything in each one."

"I’d give 5 stars but the system needs some attention. But I give these 3 ladies 5 stars: My order didn’t go through to will call yesterday so they couldn’t find it on the system. Called customer care to push it through. Will call lady called me (Maxine), the lady she called who picked the items, and Becka who brings it out to the car (all are super nice people) dropped everything to make sure I was good to go. I have a meeting shortly, an hour drive back and couldn’t wait till noon to pick up. Give these women a raise. They deserve it."

"Hope I never come here again the reviews are real and here’s the thing how do we pay a lumper fee just to get our time drained from us ??? I got here at 7:30am for a 8am appointment I’m still waiting as I’m I’m typing this it’s 12:19 and still haven’t got a call to pay lumper fee I will update this post when I actually get out of here 5 hours and counting and now everyone is at lunch while I’m losing time and money.update!!!!!! It’s 12:41 and I had to call thier main line to get them to get me out of here.Very unorganized and unprofessional this place is the worse on my top 5 worse by far."
