"I need to renew my Passport. After checking Online, all the USPS branches should carry the required Passport renewal forms. I stopped at the Colgate branch and they did not have the renewal forms. This is a "CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILURE." I do not recommend the Colgate USPS and I will never stop too use their services."

"Post Office is the size of a small bathroom, and has no capacity to handle large amounts of mail. I was turned away by the mail lady and told I had to take my prepaid packages elsewhere. What is the point of this post office? Not to mention, the mail lady was dressed in what looked like pjs and a hoodie, with the hood up working the counter."
