"There are not enough words to describe my gratitude to Lori and Rainbow Floral for their patience, accommodation and service when it came to my wedding flowers this past weekend. Unfortunately, my fiancé missed the appointment I had set to pick-up the flowers on Saturday before our Sunday wedding. Upon realizing this, I reached out to try and arrange pick-up (as the shop was closed for the afternoon and Sunday) and when connected to Lori via social media (Thank you to everyone in Sauk Prairie who helped with this!) and she was quick to offer to meet him at the shop at OUR convenience. She is so incredibly sweet and kind. Our flowers were stunningly beautiful and just perfect for our special day. Thank you, thank you, thank you for saving my forgetful husband from his own bad memory, lol!"

"Ordering was easy and delivery was great! While the arrangement was very pretty, we were underwhelmed by the size of a $75 bouquet and disappointed it lacked some of the colorfulness we thought we had ordered. We had requested a "colorful" arrangement and had selected the "Floral Spectacular" from the website which lists yellow, orange and peach colors. Ours had plenty of yellow with some red and dark purple instead."

"Kathy did the flowers for our wedding ceremony and reception and they were absolutely beautiful! She put together exactly what we wanted without giving away all the details, so things were still a surprise on the day of the wedding. The only reason I can't give a 5-star rating is that the delivery of the centerpieces was not what we expected. We had 2 different types of centerpieces, and were told that the florist would take care of the placement of the different centerpieces once they saw the layout of the room. On the day of the wedding, the flowers were all just dropped off with my dad and brother, without placing the arrangements or offering any advice. Aside from that lack of follow-through, everything else was beautiful and a week later, the two arrangements I took home are still doing well!"
