"Too bad ZERO stars isn’t an option. I have had the last 2 weeks worth of deliveries going to the wrong address. The wrong home returns the item either to the post office or via their mailbox. Instead of actually delivering this to the right address the post office then just sends these items back. Awful customer service when you’re in the building, rude responses or being ignored very regularly. Sad you can’t even get your own mail to your home, and the P.O. Box system there isn’t worth it either with the same amount of complaints. Will be complaining very regularly, I’m sure without response, but get your mail or packages a different way if you can. This office is HORRIBLE!!"

"Update as of 1/28/2021: I got a notification that 2 of my packages had been delivered, went out to get them and again my ring that I had ordered for a SECOND time is MISSING AGAIN. Do I need to get the police involved because I will....NGPS YOU need to get your act together..... They couldn't deliver my Amazon order due to my front door not being accessible...are they that lazy to get out of their truck to come to my front door which IS accessible...not my fault the neighbors block the mailbox which the package wouldn't fit into anyways...they have delivered smaller packages to my side door with no issues before..."

"Twice letters were mailed to me sent from new glarus. I live 4 miles from new glarus the first one arrived a week later and I am sill waiting for the last one which so far is a week. I could have gotten mail from Europe quicker. I guess I can't blame N.G. entirely because the mail goes to Madison before me and Madison is all screwed up."
