"I have always found all Ferrelgas employees to be exceptional from the courteos and knowledgeable office staff who promptly return calls and answer questions to those who deliver refills promptly and capably even in the worst of weather. They are all jewels."

"We have been Ferrell customers for decades and have always followed the estimates for our account through you for scheduling fill ups. You always overestimate what we have used because it is for a residence where we are only there on weekends. Needless to say, I was most disappointed this past winter when we found that despite your estimate of sufficient fuel, we were totally empty when we arrived on Saturday. This cost me hundreds of $ extra in weekend emergency delivery, having to have the system tested because it was empty, etc. If you estimating had been minimally accurate, this would not have happened. Seriously looking into another service."

"I have never had a single issue. I have had two drivers in 6 years usually 2 visits a year. Super friendly guys and rarely have to speak to anyone at the office. Guys will entertain your presence and conversation. other times they are in and out b4 I even notice them and left my receiptin the door. I have had a vehicle in the way before and they were accommodating and worked around it (sorry guys). For a few weeks I have been worried about a slight propane smell and today I called to inquire (on a Sunday) and without question the guy came out and did a check over on the tank. Found a very small leak and took care of it. Even checked the regulator on the house (not FG equipment) for me. Always friendly and timely service. I would take other reviews with a grain of salt. They recommend you get your fill order in at about 30% in the winter. Ferrell Gas is for sure not avoiding you. There are a lot of rural customers getting filled in the peak of winter and only so much can get done in a day. They have auto fill and monitoring devices if that might help avoid an empty tank the others referenced. I would imagine that if they only have 3 reviews in all the years they have operated that means they do such a good job that their customers don't even have to think about their propane service. Thanks FG for 6 years of Propane and Propane accessories. Hank Hill would be proud."

"We have used this company for well over 10 years. We have always gotten our fills in a timely manner. This last time we ordered a fill the guy said he couldn't deliver, said there was something in the way, there wasn't, he didn't even try there were no tracks on the driveway from the gas truck. My boyfriend just lost his mother and I called for a fill telling them we were at 15% yet the driver decided in these Sub zero temperatures to leave us and my young children to freeze instead of doing his job. When we called, the manager wouldn't even talk to us said they would deal with it the next day. This company needs lessons in humanity! It's been about -12° lately. We will definitely be looking at other companies."
