"This is a newer spot, and I know it was a rough start, I have visited quite a few dining Dunkins, this one has a lot of potential. The staff can be hit or miss for quality. That is the only down fall.."

"I ordered a grilled cheese and it wasn't a grilled cheese! It was 2 pieces of bread put in the microwave with cheese. It upset me because I spend that much money for it and I could of took bread myself at home and cooked it in my microwave!"

"Firs off, spent almost $20 and only got one thing. Everything I ordered but one thing they actually had. They didn’t tell me they didn’t have the stuff I ordere, then refused to give me a refund even tho I didn’t even get the stuff I paid for! The lady in front of me ordered the same drink at me (2 of them) and instead of telling her that they were out the worker just put 2 empty cups up for her to grab and the worker didn’t even explain why. Half the time when I get the bacon, it’s not cooked fully and it has given me and all my friends food poisoning 2 times. And when we told them about it the manager said “no, their is no way that could have happened” I’ve been forgotten about when I’ve gone through the drive through. They didn’t give me any of my stuff and said “please move to the second window” and then no one came for 20 minutes, and the lady said “do you need anything?” And we had to tell her our order again just to get our 2 things! Very unprofessional and not organized at all! It’s awful…"

"I appreciate the freshness of the bakery case BUT when giving more than one donut please put them in a box. We got a half dozen donuts and they were put in two different bags and all the chocolate stuck to the other donuts and the bag and they were 'melting'. I swear the last time we got a half dozen they were put in a box. The cashier had chocolate on her hands from putting the donuts sideways in to the bag. Been trying to call them but the number on the site rings and rings and says no voicemail set up."
