"Had a friend go through drive thru to order me extra crisp breast and wing. I got extra crispy drumstick and thigh. Tried calling and no answer"

"We ordered our food since we were hungry for chicken potatoes and coleslaw. At that time everything seemed ok. Then we got our food and the coleslaw was not as juicy as other locations so we shook it off. It happens. Then we start with the dry chicken (not our usual experience from other locations) and almost every pc was pink and bloody by the bone. Wife goes up to complain and we are told it's because it's dark meet. So we decided to take it home and we could cook it in the microwave. Then as we are finishing up I go to wash my hands and walk in on an employee as he was using the bathroom for number 2. I exit and wait. Then I go back into the bathroom when he was finished and I let the water run to warm up. I literally waited 5 min. No hot water. Still got greasy fingers Wife uses the woman's bathroom and I let her know about the men's. So she turns on the water and when she was done doing her thing the water in there was still cold also. So then we got disgusted and threw all of our food away because how could that employee I walked in on really sanitize and wash his hands? Gross. We will never walk into this KFC again."

"You guys always mess up my order and the last 4 times Ive came here and waited for 10 minutes at the window and probably another 10-15 getting pulled head waiting I’ve never had so many problems with you guys until recently If you gonna make me wait 20 mins at least make sure my order is correct"

"A sign on the door going in said they were selling out of chicken. We went in and asked what that meant and were told the guy who cooks is sick so once things are out that's it. Yes. It's true. And the manager was on site as well as other employees . No one was there who could cook. Then we ordered our food. Three meals plus nuggets. 28.00 dollars later and we are told only one meal gets a biscuit. We were not offered any extra sides or anything just are expected to do without what I paid for. I'm keeping a sense of humor at this point. My aunt really wanted to eat there and it's not my town. My chicken was good. My aunt's breast of chicken was inedible as were the nuggets and two of three of my sons tenders. I went up to the counter with the chicken breast and told the gal sitting down in a chair at the register it was inedible. We need to replace it. She went back to the manager and returned to tell me they would not be replacing the chicken. I was irritated beyond at this point and told her we had gotten three meals, only one had a biscuit and this chicken was inedible. She got the manager who came out to the counter and told me the same. They would not be replacing it. Then, in an incredibly patronizing tone, told me to have a good night. I have never had worse service anywhere. It left a bad taste in my mouth for all KFC's. It's fine KFC. You are not the only gig in town."
