"Order for 6 people last night 3-7-24. 5 of the sandwiches were wrong. Asked for the to be remade. The manager remade them all and they were wrong again. Staff was rude as well. Don't think ill be back. Seems Culvers is starting to have service like McDonalds. A clown show."

"Visited Culver's recently, got some of their delicious fries and of course their rich creamy ice cream! Had their chocolate, how refreshing and tasted amazing, customer service was excellent as usual, very clean also. I would recommend it highly!!!"

"I want to start with that I am from out of state and I decided to pass though. I heard that Culver's was a staple in Wisconsin and I was beyond excited to try it. to say that I was upset is an understatement. I was welcomed with a glare from the cashier who seemed to want to do anything but take my order. I tried to lighten up the mood by asking what was around the area but it did not help. On top of that the restrooms were foul, toilet paper on the ground, toilets unflushed and no paper towels. when I got my food the waiter slid my tray across the table to me and muttered out an "enjoy". The food was really good! but eating was a struggle with all the flies that kept landing on/near my food. Overall I had better experience at McDonald's."

"It sucks, because I love culvers when it's good, but when it's bad it makes me not want to go back. They are very inconsistent, and for those extra dollars you should get it right! I get people aren't perfect but every other time I go something is wrong."
