"I have no clue how this place has good reviews. My husband there to see if they would be able to print out some photos for our wedding about a month ago. Treated him like he was literally the biggest inconvenience and said they wouldn’t be able to do it/ have time. That’s fine but what is with the rudeness? Went to a different print shop and they printed our items within a few hours and was so pleasant. Glad we took business elsewhere. There was another occurrence where I asked to print off 1 copy of a flyer I made for work. Emailed her the file and the size was large. She seemed so peeved at the fact that the design I created was such a large file? Honestly the most bizarre thing to have such a rude reaction about? I’m not sure if all these people hate their job or what? What is in this job description for those to be so irritated at these simple requests? Strange."

"*Updated* Have had better luck here on the last two trips. I had the design ready for my business cards and they got them done. Then I needed some simple promo material and it got done while I waited. Still have mixed feelings here though. *Original* Been here twice for jobs. First, was business cards. They could not work from a copy I had of a design I set-up with an online print shop. That design took me only minutes. For whatever reason they could not reproduce it and get it done, I had to have it designed and sized properly to hand to them. I thought that is what they did! I did NOT get business cards. Today I went for some laminating for my job. I needed three sheets of paper laminated in a single 31" piece -- the guy asked, "Do you want some tape?". I said "No." I thought that is the service I was paying for, but it seems not. I must be confused about what print shops do these days -- not much other than hit "Print' or "Start' apparently."

"My experience was terrible, extremely rude, and disrespectful!!! I came into the store asking for some color copys of my family's dog that is missing, can you help my family out? I already got pictures of her on paper copy I just needed him to make extra copies. The only thing the older gentleman kept saying to me is that they close in a few minutes. I said ok, how much would it cost me? Just skip my whole question i asked him. He just kept saying they close soon and he can't help my family OUT!!!"
