Little Caesars Pizza

"I always loved Little Caesars. Years of enjoyment. But today the pizza was by far the worst pizza I ever ate. I ordered thin crust, as usual, but the crust was so thin it was thinner than the box it came in. It looked old, with old, yucky toppings which had little flavor. Never saw any sausage. Must have been ground up like pepper. I would be embarrassed to serve such a poorly made pizza. It appears that the new owners think they can make more money by cutting down on ingredients and their customers won't notice or buy it anyway. Wrong decision. I have bought a lot of excellent pizzas there but will not buy another. I will pay a little more right down the road from Little Caesars and be happy with my purchase and enjoy how a pizza should be made. So disappointed...so disappointed in the new owner. La Crosse diners are very fussy and have a lot to choose from here in La Crosse. I for one will not waste my time and money on a pizza as terribly made as the one I had tonight. The owner better wake up. Your restaurant is not the only one in the area. And La Crosse loves a well made pizza."

"After waiting over 30 min outside after going through the drive through, our son went in to see what was happening since we watched close to 13 people walk in and out with their food as well as the numerous cars going through the drive through themselves and leaving within 1 min of pulling up. Yes they were busy but we were completely forgotten."

"Always the best customer service every time we go buy pizzas. Love how they were willing to accommodate us last time by slicing our pizzas into 16 pieces when we told them it was going to be for little kids. And love their drive thru window! Especially with a van full of kids, once they hear the buckle, they want out of the car."

"There was no positive anything coming from the employees. They told us 10 mins ended up waiting around 30 minutes. When ordering they didn't ask if we wanted drinks or suggested anything from the menu when we were trying to order. We hadn't been there much. The food wasn't very pleasing either. Pretty bland."

"My partner and I often order through the app. It makes it so much more convenient and by the time we arrive, the food is hot and ready to be picked up through the drive thru. There is no comparison on quality and price point when it comes to a pizza chain. The crust has a good texture. The sauce is flavorful. We tend to order a supreme and an ICB, but lately we have been obsessed with the pretzel crust. (Though I will say on our recent order it was just slightly over salted.) I have no complaints on service. My only two concerns are trying to park in their small lot is sometimes a disaster and the interior could be a little cleaner."
