"I placed an order to go because I was in a hurry. I figured it would be ready when we got there and we could eat there quick before heading on our way. Well, I placed it at the wrong location. The staff was super helpful. They called the other location and got it all figured out and got us our food very quickly. And it was delicious as always! I meant to say thank you before we left but we were rushing and they were helping a customer. So I hope the staff sees this, and the owner. You have an amazing team!"
"I have loved Rocky Rococo’s Pizza since I first had it as a kid in the early 1980s. On Saturday 9/9/23 around 4:30 stopped at this location for an early dinner. The dining room was an absolute disaster, most of the tables were visibly dirty, some with dishes and left uneaten food that looked like it had been sitting for quite sometime. The soft drink fountain area was a total mess with straws and lids all over. The restrooms were gross to say the least. There was only one employee working, they were taking orders at the counter, and the drive-through and doing all the cooking. They were working their butt off! But there’s no way one person can do everything, please get some more help I felt awful for this employee. I was really hungry for Rocky Rococo’s‘s so against my initial judgment I went ahead and ordered a small Uncle Sal’s spectacular. After a short wait, the hardworking lone employee brought the pizza to the table. It was phenomenal, it was a perfect example of how Rocky Rococo’s Pizza should taste. It totally hit the spot."
"I’ve always loved Rocky rococos, but I was very disappointed today when I got the sausage and mushroom pizza. The pizza was only half cooked and doughy. Really sad!! Otherwise the service was good and I usually don’t have any problems"
