"Since when do pizza places use premade frozen pizza dough and not throw their own? We couldn't get a pan pizza because they didn't have one premade in the freezer and they don't do their own dough. If I wanted a frozen pie I'd buy one at the store for half the price. How can they say "no one out Pizzas the Hut"? Never again."
"I was unable to create a rewards account with the order. I told the staff at the counter and they confirmed an account was not created. They didn't help create one, or offer a coupon. The stuffed crust was good at the stuffed portion, but soggy in the middle. The toppings were also falling off. I gave a tip even though it was pick up. I would've expected a better experience."
"The workers smoking in the restaurant. Did not get what we ordered. The food sucked it tasted old. Pizza was a super supreme pizza."
"Pizza arrived seriously undercooked. Looked like raw, unmelted cheese. Delivery driver knocked on door, though specifically asked to just leave on steps. Additional sauce cups were crushed and spilled in a plastic bag. The ones that weren't crushed were filled only about a quarter full. Easily the worst pizza delivery experience I've ever had."
"We came here for dine in, we almost thought it was closed because there was only 1 car in the parking lot. We got inside and there was nobody in the lobby, and we weren’t greeted. I noticed a sign that said to seat yourself after looking. We ordered 2 pizzas and cheese sticks, plus drinks. I’ve never been to a Pizza Hut that doesn’t offer fountain drinks, but now I can say that I have! All beverages came bottled. Our cheese sticks were not sliced, so we had to ask to have them cut. (It was literally one giant cheese stick). Our dine in food came in boxes. No Parmesan or peppers available at the table so we had to ask. They got a pizza wrong but we’re happy to remake it. No hair nets were worn I noticed. As far as appearance.. dead bugs in the windows, needs a thorough dusting. The paint around windows looks like a child was assigned the task to paint window sills. Overall I’m a bit surprised they’re still in business. Certainly the most run down Pizza Hut I have ever been too. Won’t be going back! Photo of our “dine in” experience with boxes & plastic ware."
