"I ONLY gave 1 star to leave this review! I DO NOT!!! Recommend this dr. She accused my family of abusing our 5 months old. She painted some horrific story of how he was violently abused because he had bleeding on his brain but no outside injuries. Instead of asking how in the world could a baby get these internal injuries with no outside or external injuries something else has to be going on, they jumped to conclude abuse. Our child was in the hospital for 8 days a whole week before his death. I can't understand how after sending us home with no answers how could you conclude abuse?!?! How???? This false accusation disrupted our lives! It's not fair that those we go to for answers can make such strong accusations and not be geld accountable for the damage it has done. The ONLY great thing to come out of this is now we know what happened to our sweet baby no thanks to those we came to for help. We had to spend thousands on someone outside this unbiased state who would unbiasedly look at everything and give a straight up answer to what happened to our baby. Now I don't take away from the fact you are a medical Dr and I'm sure you have saved lives and that is honorable, but my fear is how many lives have you ruined? How may people have you erroneously accused of abuse? How many families have been separated because of your testimony. How many people are in jail because they couldnt afford to get a lawyer to help them uncover the truth?! Living in auto pilo and having tunnel vision is a real thing and unless something wakes you up or turns your attention to it, You may not even realize you are there. Are brains tend to make us see what we want to see, if your only looking for 1 thing that's what you will see especially when that's all you're looking for but to disregard everything else and run with it is a disservice to the people that count on you. Tunnel vision is a disservice to those who count in you. Bias is a disservice to those who count in you. My hope is that before you ring the abuse bell you take a step back and look through a clear lense before hypothsising abuse please. That's all I ask."
