"My bill was for the PA and the doctor. A doctor should have at least have face to face contact to some degree. The PA lacked compassion and I felt like a member. All the Aurora staff was excellent!"
"Literally the worst. If I could give 0/5 stars I would. No acknowledgement at any time from these independent contractors that they were not aurora employees. did not find out I was treated by these people until the bill came 45 days later. I have tried multiple times to contact the listed email and phone number of their website without any response or call back. I have tried to have aurora billing reach out as well regarding this issue. The only people from this organization that answer are the people trying to bill you."
"Horrible Billing Dept. Apparently the Dr. I saw in the ER wasn't in my network so they didn't submit to my insurance company. I left 8 voicemails over 2 month period. I sent a letter asking them to submit to Insurance because I have out of network coverage and would only have to pay the deductible. A month later I got a notification that it had been sent to collections."
