"Wow! I am thrilled with the help I got at Ace to ship my package. They helped me every step of the way as I have never shipped anything before. They made sure my parts were packed right, the box was sealed securely and the address was right. So helpful, I can't say enough good things about my experiance!! The only place I will be considering to ship things out again in the future!!! Update: half of my shipment didn't arrive. Stopped into Ace to see what happened and they told me to go to the UPS store down the road. The UPS store threw a call card at me to file a claim. When calling the card number it tells me to file a claim online. When filing the claim online it says I need add an account number to the profile I had to make. I have no account number. I seemed to have entered the 7th circle of hell somehow..."
