"Do not work at this location. I have not been paid in over a month and every time I call or go in to inquire about my paycheck I’m always told that it will be direct deposited in a few days. I have been to the store three times now and I have called seven times. I have three voice recordings. One recording of the owner getting my direct deposit info and telling me my check should be deposited and two recordings of the manager stating that it will be deposited in a few days."

"I ordered 2 hrs & 20 minutes before I needed to pick up my order. When I arrived only a couple of minutes before, my order was still not started. I finally got someone's attention, and they rudely told me that orders were being completed in the order received. Another customer said he ordered 40 minutes ago and his was completed about 5 minutes before mine, which ended up being 12 minutes late. The customer service was terrible, and I honestly think they lost my order, when I was just trying to plan ahead. I remained completely kind to the employees, as I understand having a bad day, however they certainly took their bad day out on us customers asking where our food was."

"A while back I left a 5 star review as I impressed. Now not so much. I went to the London road location to pick up my order I placed in the App. Got to the store and it stated 20 to 25 minutes which was fine. Waited for a while then noticed there door would not open. They tried, but couldn't get it open as obviously there was something wrong. I figured I would not be able to pick up my pizza so called and was told they were making sure to refund everyone that could not get their order. I was charged still and not refunded. Now I can't get a hold of anyone at the store. Will have to take time out of my day to get there to try to have this taken care of. I'm extremely disappointed. Went to the one downtown and my order was done in 15 minutes. So this is the location that is getting a 1 star review. The other location I will give a 5 star to."

"You are to be commended for honoring veterans today. Little Caesars was extremely busy today because of the free meals for veterans. They worked very hard to get everyone's orders to them The pizza was delicious and we so appreciate them serving veterans with a free meal."
