Domino's Pizza 1719 North Clairemont Avenue, Eau Claire, WI 54703

"Ordered online for carry out, husband picked up was asked if these were all for him, (yea we were feeding several people), handed him the food and was told he was good to go, an employee wrote in a 10$ tip for themselves... On the receipt that my husband never saw... Was told I'd get a 20$ refund, got a 10$ refund, and there's a 10$ charge pending... Usually don't do this but I feel like I've been stolen from and lied to... We will see if the pending charge goes through and I have to go higher up to complain... Update, after the 10$ refund, there was a 10$ charge, posted, and I got another 10$ refund so I'm back at what I was supposed to spend... Still think I'm better off not spending money here anymore..."

"Have had a lot of issues with this particular location. This was my pizza I ordered last night. I live less than half a mile from the location, there’s no reason my pizza should show up like this. Also had another occurrence where my pizza was missing most of its sauce and cheese. Was literally just crust."

"I had the easiest, friendliest, best experience I have ever had working with a restaurant on a large order for a wedding, I had placed. I worked with one of the managers at the N. Clairemont Domino's in Eau Claire, his name is Jason and I would definitely recommend working with him if you need a large order or any order. He made the process so easy, I was nervous about the amount and he was great at letting me know they had done that before and made the process flow so wonderfully. He was attentive, answered all my questions, he went above and beyond to go to my closest Domino's to put my order in there. Jason was more than happy to help me and treated me like an individual. That is the best customer service me and my husband have had in a very long time! "I usually don't post reviews and I rarely complain about food but after getting my order tonight and calling to complain to the store about my pizza being burnt and looking old and being told by the store employee hallie that it's not possible all pizzas are cooked at the same time and temp unless specified otherwise I feel the need to provide proof. Poor customer service!!"
