"We got our food and drinks super fast at the drive thru. Coffee Cake Muffin tasted wonderful and my coffee was great. My only concern was there was no whipped cream on my kids hot chocolates after putting on the order. Other than that was a good experience!"
"Great service, coffee is good. The one thing I would put as a negative. Have the employees park their vehicles off to the side. They’re all parking up by the store, leaving very few parking spots for the customers near the entrance."
"I used the restroom while I was there and it was an absolute mess. The toilet paper was out of the diaper and was exposed on top of the garbage can for people to use there. The walls were filthy and the sink and soap dispenser looked like they'd never been cleaned. I got a sandwich and the egg on it was one of the circles used for an English muffin or bagel, so half my sourdough sandwich was just bread. Garbage cans were overflowing while the workers were just chatting, not doing any cleaning. I can't say that there hadn't just been a huge rush, but only 3 customers were inside, just sitting at tables and no one else came in while I was there."
"Used to be great, has really gone downhill though... they don't even bother to toast the avocado "toast". It'd be one thing if they were busy but when there's no one else in line even... they clearly just don't care anymore."
