"The mail carrier yelled at me today to clean out my mailbox. It was empty. (She was delivering a package.) I receive mail for other people. I don’t receive my own. I have to go package hunting half the time. Have received random social media messages from people I don’t know who were delivered my package on a completely different street. Been told my address is inaccessible or doesn’t exist. These problems have been ongoing. I went in the lobby to have an envelope weighed and mailed. They couldn’t figure out how to use the machine so they said my card was declined. I asked them to try again and they said I’d have to pay for the postage twice then told me my card was declined again. My card was fine. I left there and was able to use it immediately. We had to go to a different post office to mail it. They must have had a major staff turnover because they weren’t always this awful. As the other reviews state, don’t bother calling either the local or 800 phone numbers because no one will answer."

"NEVER answers the phone no matter how long I wait or how many times I called. Lady this morning left our package in the rain ruining it because she was too busy gossiping on the phone to read our sign (all caught on camera). Despite asking numerous times. Our packages are always left outside. Now a lot of my packages from Amazon are being returned to seller because apparently my address is invalid all of a sudden. Holidays or not this has been happening WAY too much"

"They NEVER deliver packages and I don't get any sort of communication they were left at the post office for me to pick up AT MY REQUEST?!? I've yet to ask the post office to hold any of my mail it's ridiculous"

"Lot of time packages or mail never arrive when supposed to. My last package was returned to the post office saying it was customer's request. I never told them to return it."

"I was really surprised to this workers here, we just move here and i been many times to this post office they are very nice , friendly , and helpful . I been many post office mn etc but i never been treat like the way they are. Best customer service. i love to go this post office. thank you so much ladies. I told my husband i was not regret we move here in Ellsworth, best customers service ever in my life. GOD bless you guys❤️"
