"I was loaded and I had reefer manner issues I show up they said they gonna charge me $200 but then they decided to over charge me this amount $821.76 I had some issues with another reefer unit and that thermo king they only charge $257 can you believe that?? Please Stay away this place they will rip you off"

"I will take the blame for having a 5 year old refrigeration system but my service issues this summer have just gotten ridiculous. I’ve had my van here THIS summer the better half of 10 times, out of those 7-8 times the van has cost me about 1k each time, almost every time about $30 in parts…… (you can imagine the labor costs) The best part is that every time the van has lasted me since driving off there lot no more than 45 minutes to an hour. Like dang you would expect experts to be able to tell you to stop pouring money into something or to just completely replace if it seems like it’s just going to fall apart within AN HOUR OF USE EVERY SINGLE TIME. At this point I’m very close to being able to have paid for an entirely new system installed on the van…. Yet I sit here with a broken refrigerator on my van… still…. I would suggest only using here if you absolutely need to with your warranty etc. the front desk staff is friendly, and I know the mechanic means well… but unfortunately the ball has been dropped way way way too many times. Again sure we can blame the van… but someone needs to be held accountable for thousands of dollars in repairs to literally not help me at all… Thank you for taking my money. Over and over again!"
