Toppers Pizza

"Generally the food is good there, but we had ordered through Uber Eats tonight, the order said it was placed and our driver had went to Toppers to pick up our order, and all of a sudden it said our order was cancelled. We found another driver, tried again, and the same thing happened, so we called Toppers. At first the worker said they were closed, then he transferred us to another line where we waited for a minimum of 10 minutes. At this point our THIRD delivery driver was at Toppers and it had said the same thing again. I call once more and now they're saying they can't take Uber Eats, so at this point we just try to cancel the order and get a refund. They said they weren't able to do that and that they weren't even able to tell us who to contact to figure out ourselves. Upset and hungry."

"I am a Uber Eats delivery driver, upon getting to the store there was a hand written sign on the store that said they were closed at 10pm that night. The customer was frustrated and confused because she had belived she was talking to someone at that location after she would call the number listed on Google. I called the number to see and spoke with a live person who asked me to place a order. I was confused because of the closed at 10pm sign but then being asked to place a order at almost 11pm with the lights off inside and doors locked. Upon letting them know that I was sitting outisde that location and explained my situation they began to talk in a panicked tone and asked if I wanted to speak to a manager to which I said yes. I then sat on hold in sience foe over 20 min until the call was randomly ended. Worst location in Green Bay, stick to the Toppers on Military."

"The service was amazing! The cashier/pizza maker worked hard and gave me food super quickly. The lobby was pretty funny as well."

"I called and ordered over the phone. The guy charged me 50 some dollars and some change. For 2 medium pizzas, bread sticks, and a 7 piece count wing. My husband goes and is shocked at the price and talks to the lady she changed it and for some reason it was only 30 something. When my husband called about the charge to our credit card. They took 50 some then when talking to my husband the manager accused him of fraud. Worse customer service ever. Accusing customers of fraud and stealing money. Bad bad business"
