"Went to this location to mail package for my husband's small business. I had a UPC code that I printed from the email. I wasn't able to print the label. The man who helped me said the code would'nt work. I needed a QR code. He pointed to a code on the wall like I was an idiot. Then he said, "I can't print a label anyways, my computer is down." The other employee muttered something under his breath about my UPC code...very unprofessional. Later my husband rushed to another location. That location processed his UPC code no problem. I will never go to the DePere Main St. location again. Based on the reviews, I'll discourage people from going there including my husband's business associates."

"The customer service at this store was impeccable! Not only was I taken care of in a very timely manner, but from observations of my own, others waiting were as well. The staff was also knowledgeable and very personable."

"I dont complain much about customer service but the employee today I delt with was extremely rude was scolding me on Amazon return policy all I had was just a simple return a $9 item. WIll NOT BE RETURNING!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Manager came outside and yelled at me for parking in front of the next door business that I was picking food up from. Told me it was a fire lane. Nowhere does it state that it is a fire lane. Best part is, a ups customer parked right behind me in said "fire lane" and he said nothing to them. I was parked for less than 2 minutes, the ups customer was inside for several. Will definitely continue to use USPS down the street."

"I agree with one reviewer about the tape. My main complaint is the inconsistency in policies. In the same week I had two large Amazon returns. On the Monday, I had it all boxed up but no tape. They took it without question. When I went back on Saturday with a different return (same Amazon “customer packed” instructions as the previous package) again I had it all boxed up without tape. The person refused to take it. He said they could tape it for me for $2.00. Now, am I complaining about the policy? Not necessarily. While I agree it is a bit much, their policy is their policy. I have a problem with it not being consistently enforced. Had I known based on my experience earlier in the week, I would’ve taped it before arriving. Additionally, the person “helping” me was quite rude. It turns out, he’s a manager. Mike is his name. He could definitely use some empathy training. I explained to him that earlier in the week they didn’t ask me to tape it and he just kept saying no. I will avoid using this location if at all possible. I agree that I might have to go there for my Amazon returns but I won’t be spending money there. Another experience I had there once was regarding a zip code. I had a wrong city zip code combination and they just refused to help me figure it out. Just rudely kept saying “well we can’t find it”. Go across the street to Fed Ex or to the USPS office up the road. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences there. Side note: that USPS was able to help solve my zip code problem and they did it with a smile."
