"This store is a freaking joke. Don't order from them especially delivery. Their communication is terrible! Several times I have ordered through Doordash and several times I have to run to the store because I have items missing. I used to call the store but they push their screw ups off on Doordash and tell me to get a refund through them. I asked why because its your screw up but they don't care. Learn how to count. Learn how to double check the bag. You pushed for jobs at $15 per hour and your service stinks. You lost a customer for good and customers take heed this store doesn't deserve your money."

"Stopped there at 10:35 a.m. today(1.25.24) and ordered food to go and have lunch with my daughter. Got to the school and opened up the bag and saw the joke of a French fry put in the bag!! I can't even count how many times I've been disappointed with this store. Seems like it's always something. Do better! Took my family of 7 to eat in the restaurant. Dirty floors, dirty tables, out of ice, out of ketchup. Sloppy burgers, etc... wife went to use the restroom and had to use the handicap stall cause the other one was dirty/clogged, mess on the floor. I'll think twice before going to that location again."

"I parked my car on one side of the parking lot add had my 2 and 4yr old grandchildren with me. I ended up Walking ALL THE WAY AROUND the building because the doors were all locked. Not a safe way to enter because of the drive through. The condiments/soda station was a mess, sticky, and empty of ketchup. The play area was ok. The bathroom needed cleaning/disinfecting also. The garbages were full so we couldn't put OUR garbage in there and had to leave it on the table. I really did have a GOOD EXPERIENCE with the staff though. They were kind and helpful when I needed something. I ALSO KNOW they ARE VERY UNDER STAFFED, OVER STRESSED AND VERY BUSY! I APPRECIATE THEM FOR DOING THEY'RE BEST! All in all we got our order quickly and correctly and we still had a great time!! Thank you for coming to work and making my evening with my grandchildren awesome!!"

"I had fun here in the play area for my 4 yr old daughter and my 8 yr old Niece. The people were very friendly, so there was an awesome atmosphere to be in for me and my family. I ordered and was given a number, and my food was brought to the table. I visited twice in 1 week. Loved it and had fun. Will be visiting again with my husband and daughter and invited a cousin with 2 other little girls! Can't wait. Only 1 thing is you park on one side and have to walk all the way to the other side to enter the building. Looks like there was construction done to close one side of the building."

""Leaves much to be desired" sums it up in a few words. Service was super slow (12 minutes) dining in. No employee working the counter and no manager in sight. Food was predictable quality but the whole place was dirty. Including but not limited to tables, chairs, floors and bathrooms."
