"Rude Need to move his business to his home, lack of respect for homeowner. Arriving around 6-6:30 am he screams on phone. Bedroom and bathroom above, his phone calls are intrusive to homeowner until he leaves. His business has no business to be anywhere but his own property where can scream on phone....... Loud, rude ,obnoxious and has little time for cleaning up he cigarettes when outside . Maybe he's a nice person, but he doesn't respect ,his boundaries as a renter. Thank you stop"
