"I placed my order online for home delivery, it took more than an hour, I called several times and they never responded when the driver finally arrived, he gave me the pizza, I gave him a tip and then he said, forget your soda, they will give you credit, the place is 6 minutes away, but He told me he was too far away to come back and bring it. I felt mocked. In the end I paid $25 for a pizza."

"Have tried to order pizza multiple times for delivery and this is now the second time that my online order was just not delivered. Its not that it was delivered late or in poor condition it just never was actually delivered. Then when I try to call the restaurant if anyone ever does pick up I get hung up on. Horrible service."

"On 02/23/2024 I had placed an online order in the Pizza Hut app. It was around 7:52 PM that I placed an order for sixteen breaded boneless wings. The app told me my food should be ready in about ten-fifteen minutes. Around that time one of my family members placed an order for two Pizzas at Domino's Pizza. We go to Domino's first to get the pizzas and they have them ready. Then we go to Pizza Hut and the people forgot that I had placed an order online. The people that worked their were just goofing around. It was around 8:15 - 8:20 PM when me and my family member got to Pizza Hut. One of the ladies that works their tells me they have to remake my food and it will be another six minutes. I go back to the car. I wait in the car for about six - eight minutes. When I go back inside they finally have my wings ready. It was around 8:29 - 8:31 PM when they finally had my food ready when it should have been ready around 8:02 - 8:07 PM according to the app. Something needs to change at this Pizza Hut location if they want to have some buisness. I can understand why people go to the Domino's next door to get pizza and other foods."

"Unreliable, untrustworthy, and unacceptable. Clueless staff, bare minimum quality for the price, rock bottom customer service, and slow delivery unless you order at 2pm on a Wednesday or 11pm on a Monday."

"We order delivery every Friday as a weekly treat. It's honestly the highlight at the end of what sometimes feels like a very long tunnel. The big New Yorker is our go to because my spouse is a New Yorker who misses floppy slices but I prefer Detroit style & Pizza Hut has a really good pan pizza so we can both be happy."
