"This Starbucks is absolutely ludicrous, I ordered a Pike roast per usual and I needed a stopper but the baristas were too busy making drinks and completely ignored me when I had asked for one, so I tried to grab one from over the counter which was too far away and I almost knocked over the other drinks trying to get one; and I was already late for work and didn’t want to bother the poor baristas so I left without it and it spilled on my leg on my way to work. Is there a reason it’s so out of reach of customers? I don’t see any other store doing this, it’s absolutely ridiculous, most of us don’t have time to sit and wait to catch the attention of a busy barista. I’d like to have a talk with corporate and see some changes here…if you want to keep your customers…"

"This is my favorite Starbucks in town. The staff are really nice and I leave with a smile every time I go there, which I can’t say about pretty much any other fast food/coffee joint. Plus, despite them being crazy busy, they’ve always had my order ready at or before the expected time when I order online."

"3/4 ice. No oak milk which I pay extra for. Do not go to this Starbucks. Response to owner- Driving back home passing through. 20 min past your store it was evident it was all ice. If you are willing to remake you should be willing to refund."

"Drive thru was fast! Drink was delicious and refreshing. I don’t like a lot of sugar so I get the cold brew with sugar free vanilla and oat milk. I’ll definitely be back. Lots of drinks and food options. Their chocolate danishes (warmed up) and caramel crunch frappes are good too! Very friendly cashier drive thru staff. The most recent cashier that waited on me asked how my day was and was very personable and kind."
