"Caught the employee trying to skim $5 from change I was supposed to be given out of $100 bill. He made a funny face when I told him his mistake like I wouldn’t notice. The food is so sloppy at this location. Will never be back. Prices are outrageous and the service sucks."
"Dashed a triple cheese burger, A hot dog and Cajun fries. They got to Fitchburg in good Time. The fries were absolutely perfect - a Lil soggy from the trip over but we're delicious and spicy! The hotdog was spot on with my custom add ones. The double cheese burger had the extras but they missed the extra 3rd patty that I added to my order. Door dash made it right. Just disappointing as Fice Guys is normally on the ball!"
"Went in here on, I believe it was, the night before Thanksgiving because I didn't feel like cooking and happened to be in the area. I never had Five Guys before, so I needed help understanding the burger sizes, etc. Brady was so helpful. He is such a nice and polite young man! Our burgers were good, but my bun got soggy by the time I got home. Next time I'll eat in. Fries were awesome!"
"What the fries?!?!?! For $7.59, this is considered a large fry. A large cup that isn't even filled to the top. Yes, there are fries in the bag but not 8 dollars worth. That's twice we've had a poor fry experience. We thought the regular fry was bad last time and decided on a large this time. What a waste of money. Their prices are already high and this is just absurd. What a joke!!!!"
