"Meeting Dr. Jodi Brehm was like breathing in fresh air. My mother had been diagnosed with breast cancer and she had met with a surgeon who gave a very bleak outlook for her options. As my mother sat in disbelief after that meeting she said, "I want a second opinion". And that's where Dr. Brehm comes in. The day we had our consult with her she had already set a plan in motion. She spoke with her partner Dr. Michael Sweet who would do the reconstruction surgery after Dr. Brehm removed the tumor. As we sat there listening to Dr. Brehm share her plan of attack and explain in easy to understand English it was overwhelming for my mother who felt before that meeting that because of her age she wasn't worth doing the reconstruction surgery for her. Dr. Jodi Brehm and Dr. Michael Sweet showed my mother that she was worth it. Today mom is doing amazing! Thank you Dr. Jodi Brehm for meeting with mom and having a plan. You are a wonderful caring doctor and I'm so glad we met you."
