It is important that when you broker loads to make sure when things happen there is an after hours contact that can actually do something regarding the issue. To be told that I can not be helped due to the person answering phone has no clue about logistics is crazy. Now to wait over 8 hours for a response to figure out what to do with rejected product? Then be told that you don't have time to talk about the issue, that's just unprofessional."
