"I don't know how they run stuff over there. I'm sorry drivers and dispatch are rude. That should never happen, especially with drivers. You do have to realize that calls are generally done as received. Times do get busy and they can't just put you in front of someone else. Everyone needs to get somewhere. Give the dispatch a break. I don't know what bullet cabs problem is just doing dispatch for cabs is. My dispatchers are under a lot of pressure and I've never had them be rude to me. Alot of the time, they can't put the phone down. Everyone thinks they are more important than the next. That's just not true. Then there are regulars at certain times. If they tell you, we have nobody available or it's going to be half an hour or whatever. It's because it's true. Call the Bee. We will do our best to BEE there."

"I took a cab from my house to south side Walmart after they had closed because I needed to drive a vehicle home that I locked myself out of. She was hesitant to drive me there. Tipped her 5 dollars for 12 dollar ride Needed a second lift from bullet that night and heard her on speaker phone throwing punches at my behavior/appearance. The driver said, "ugh we are both listening." She said I'm sorry and not sorry. Heh"
