"Update: adding a star because I had a pretty good time here, mostly due to really great service from bartenders, who used my name and remembered me, to the table servers, even security. Everyone seemed great at what they do. For today 9/3/23 locals were free. 21 and over. 12 oz beer was $11.51 after tax. So the prices aren’t great. Locals can do better elsewhere. New ownership needs to consider these things if they want locals and/or guests that prefer being off strip. Prices should be in line with that. The DJ stage can hold large bands but that takes away from the seating area and there are no chairs other than paid cabanas. Overall a great facility where gobs of money was spent to renovate this just before 2020 shut down. I hope to raise the star rating if I can string together a few good days here."
"Our experience was not great. We had a Cabana reservation on July 3rd. We waited a long time to be helped. The guy at guest services was super rude. Food/drink orders took a long time. We stayed at the hotel that night and went to the pool on July 4th and same rude guy from guest services was closing the umbrellas and yelling. Our umbrella was open and same guy closed the umbrella and almost hurts us with it. I understand there was a "wind warning" which we didn't know at the time until guest services guy yelled at us. It was just the way he said it and acted. Zero professionalism and respect to treat guests from this person. We had no issues with the rest of the staff."
"Loved the semi private pool. Priced fairly. Only 4 stars because DJ wasn't in tune with the crowd. Service was good but they took so long to take away food plates we were done with. The misters on our cabana didn't work, we let the staff know and there was nothing done, no compensation or repairs completed"
"This place is a whole vibe. Great sound stage and music. Adult crowd with good energy . Definitely a place to frequent if local or hangout on a visit. Service all around was top notch and there was no skimping on the booze. Didn't get to try a VIP treatment but I would imagine it's legit. Overall, this should be a great experience for you."
