"Unfriendly receptionist over the phone, bristling and combative when asked about urgent scheduling and plan inclusions as our business had inherited our contract from prior management. You'd think that someone asking for urgent addressing of pest issues would be greeted with a modicum of empathy, not a "yeah, I JUST said I'll make a note of your issue". If this is how they treat their business clients, I can't imagine how they would deal with individual residential accounts. Glad to be switching away in 2024."
