"I had a bad experience when I walked in for the first time. I asked to get my pants altered. 2 inches off. The guy helping me asked, “are you sure” (what the heck yes I’m sure just take my money) then I looked at him and said, “okay 1 inch” he told me that if I wasn’t sure that I should go somewhere else. I wasn’t going to beg him to take my money so I walked out annoyed as I called before going and spent half my lunch driving over to Paul’s. What a joke of a business."

"Paul's was a better experience than the other local dry cleaner I used. They were about $3 more per item...but they had my clothes ready the next day and everything was as I expected it. I happen to be on the phone when I arrived and the gentleman at the didn't bat an eye. He was polite and professional. At the other place the cashier let me know she was upset I dare be on a phone call when was at their establishment. Hints why I tried a Paul's in the first place and will do repeat business with them."
