"Luís and Uni did a GREAT JOB on my pet-stained area rug. They came to my house/office a few minutes after I called to ask about price and gave me a free estimate ($150 is their minimum, and that was the charge to clean this rug). Desperation drove me to get that rug cleaned because it's right where I need to sit to work, and agreed it was worth the cost. The husband and wife duo got right to work. They moved furniture and things like the trash and recycling bins, then Uni vacuumed and mopped the floor throughout the front room while Luís cleaned the rug outside. Forgot to tell him that I didn't want him to empty the dirty water in the gutter because there's a family of raccoons who live just downstream, but when I went to tell him, he was already draining the water into the lawn where it can't hurt anyone. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CASTILLO'S CARPET CLEANING. They are professional and hard-working, as well as very nice people. And my rug is as beautiful and clean as the day I brought it home.
