"No communication until 15min before arrival. Guys just do mostly warranty work and don’t care about customer convenience and customer service because they charge Bosch warranty. Don’t really know what they are doing. When you hear technicians say “maybe replace fans” MAYBE. Will not recommend and will request different warranty provider."

Had to call the Meile manufacturer to report this company and they never respond after I paid in full for parts and labor and stop responded after a no call no show to my initial appointment. The manufacturers for Meile had to intervene after countless of emails and phone calls were made to this company in attempt to refund me my money and to file a complaint for the no call now show after I paid in full for my services and appliances.
