The experience surpassed all expectations, largely due to the extraordinary efforts of the staff, especially Gary, the Problem Solver, and Emerald Pena, the Customer Experience Manager. Gary was a beacon of support, dedicating countless hours to assist us. He demonstrated incredible patience and expertise, carefully guiding my son through the process of selecting the best quality materials. His educational approach in teaching my son how to choose the right pieces of wood, varnish, and stain was remarkable. Gary's involvement ensured that my son was a key part of every decision, instilling in him a sense of pride and ownership over the project. Elizabeth's role was equally pivotal. Her leadership and commitment to community support shone brightly as she facilitated the entire process, ensuring that everything from discounts to delivery services was handled seamlessly. The local Home Depot, through the actions of Gary, Elizabeth, and the team, has proven to be more than a store; it's a cornerstone of community support and youth empowerment. The three Lego tables my son and his fellow scouts are creating for the Ronald McDonald house will stand as a testament to this incredible support. "Came in today around 7:30pm wanting to make a big appliance purchase. Went to the customer service desk in the front. We were helped by a Hispanic women who was wearing a black face mask. We asked if they priced match with Lowe’s and she told us NO! Only Amazon and Best Buy. I knew she was lying because it clearly says online you do. So my husband and I drove down to the next Home Depot who gladly helped us with the price match with Lowe’s. So sad that I live right by this Home Depot and you have associates who don’t want to do there jobs. I had to drive to a different Home Depot where associates were actually willing to help there customers!! (FYI that’s your job)"

"Went to get patches for holes in walls and saw these Santa Claus and Xmas trees. It's not even Halloween yet. Ready people. You need that money that bad. What's wrong with you"

"Very helpful gentleman was working at the lumber cutting area. I didn’t ask his name. He was very patient and understanding when we brought 7 sheets of plywood veneer to be cut to specific dimensions. During about 30min of cutting and measuring and cutting we never felt any negative glance or attitude. I must say this was 5 star experience. Helpful People like that make me want to come back again to same store. Thank for your patience."
