During the sales pitch, the warranty terms were presented as comprehensive and accommodating, but when issues arose with the pools shortly after the purchase, I discovered a maze of loopholes and exclusions. The promised support during the warranty period was practically nonexistent. Everything went in favor of seller who has a relationship with the agent in selling pools. Even with written proof from seller stating he would split funds if one customer walks went in favor of seller. Attempts to contact the broker agent for assistance were met with indifference. I had to highlight in the video where is stated they would mediate. It became evident that the so-called warranty was a mere marketing gimmick to lure buyers, and the agent's lack of commitment to addressing concerns during this crucial period is utterly disappointing. Prospective buyers should be wary of falling for the illusion of a reliable warranty, as my experience highlights a significant gap between promises made and actual support provided. This aspect alone warrants a dismal 1-star rating for the overall pool route purchase."
