"I like the swimming but they are very disorganized. They keep changing the schedule and they don't post it anywhere. They rely on a myriad of emails that are sent out by coaches. It might be endurable with just one child or maybe it is the coaches we are dealing with but having two is just chaos. I am talking about 5 or 6, multi-paragraph long emails where you have to compare them to previous emails to see what has changed. Coaches should stick to coaching and not communications/organization."
