I used Quality Restoration Services for a major insurance claim water leak, supplemented with some kitchen and bathroom upgrades. They promptly completed all paperwork necessary for mortgage company escrow of insurance settlement funds. At the start of reconstruction, they worked with me to establish themes for floor coverings, bathrooms, and walls. And if you propose changes, they will price it but also give you their perspective how much value they add.
