"They took 5 hours on a service they quoted me 3 hours for. I took my phone home, and found that the front camera was broken, it won't focus and is permanently blurry. Samsung care agent told me to bring is back in to get it fixed. The UBreakiFix associate told me they, "would have never of given it back to me that way" and refused to fix it. They're also not answering my calls or returning my voicemails. Edit: Cooperate contacted me and got me in contact with the owner/manager. They got me in and fixed my phone very quickly."
